Neeraj Pokhariyal is a strategic advisor and development finance professional with over 12 years of experience. He sits at the bridge between policy, finance, technology and grassroots implementation — translating each into the language of the others.

Work has supported programmes of the Gates Foundation, World Bank, UNDP, IFAD, Sa-Dhan, MicroSave, GIZ, NABARD-linked systems and the Government of Uttarakhand — focused on women-led enterprises, SHGs, FPOs, MSMEs and Himalayan communities.
